Job Description

O Conducts the initial review of Incident Violation Reports (IVRs) and preliminary investigation.
o Prepares and issues Notice to Explain (NTEs) to alleged subject employees within two (2) to three (3) days upon receipt of IVR.
o Reviews NTEs thoroughly and recommends objective, fair and impartial disciplinary sanctions for minor offense in accordance to the provisions of the Code of Conduct.
o Checks and reviews all the Notice of Administrative Hearing prior to issuance.
o Attends and observes proper implementation of Administrative Hearings.
o Checks and finalizes the Minutes of Administrative Hearing.
o Prepares the Notice of Resolution and/or Sanction Memorandum based on the recommendation of Ethics Committee and approval of Top Management.
o Issues and explains the Notice of Resolution and/or Sanction Memorandum to alleged subject employee.
o Serves as the alternate (back-up) representative of the HRDA Manager in labor cases filed in NLRC or in SENA for settlement of labor disputes.
o Checks the Acceptance of Resignation for exiting employees including Turnover List and Exit Interview Form.
o Checks, reviews and reconciles completion of Turnover List, Accountability Form and Company Clearance.
o Conducts Exit Interview to all exiting Staff and Supervisory employees.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management preferably
· Minimum of five (5) years extensive work experience (in supervisory capacity) as HR Professional specializing in Labor and Employee Relations in a manufacturing/retail or trading firms
Salary:
28.000,00 ₱ Monthly
