Job Description

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of leadership experience handling Hospitality/Travel programs in BPO as a customer service
line of business. (must)
• A passion for Travel and Customer Service
• Experience in managing a team of 18 to 20 associates
• Experienced with chat, email support, and back-office
• Be able to work in MS Office
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team player
• Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
• Can work onsite in Legazpi City
• Can work on shifting and night schedules
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
