Vending Machine Attendant

As a vending machine attendant, your responsibilities include loading, unloading, transporting, and stocking vending machines with food or beverages by placing items on the shelves and changing shelf labels. You work with customers to answer questions and satisfy their placement and stocking needs. You complete any minor equipment repair needed and replace defective mechanical or electrical parts, test the machine to ensure it is working properly, and adjust temperature gauges as needed to keep food from expiring early. Other duties include cleaning the interior and exterior of machines, keeping the eating area in order, keeping records of purchases for inventory purposes, ensuring product freshness, ordering product, and removing money from the machines.
