Job Description

Job Specification:
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years related working experience.
• Trustworthy and has good business etiquette.

Job Description:
• Update records in the system.
• Prepare computation of arrears and schedule of payment reconciliation of the accounts and issue payment reminder notices to delinquent accounts.
• Follow-up delinquent buyers for prompt compliance of their payments.
• Send monthly billing statements and validate the payment.
• Encode and process payment application of Sales Invoice, Collection Receipts, Acknowledgement Receipts and Official Receipts for Cash and Checks received.
• Print Sales Invoice, Collection Receipts, Acknowledgement Receipts Official Receipts and ensure the proper distribution of all copies to different departments that needs them.
• Receive PDCs and accurately records the monthly check payments for equity / down payment and etc.
• Print Acknowledgement Receipts.
• Tag the checklist of requirements for the completeness of submitted PDCs in the Documentation Requirements Monitoring in POINTS Deposits current cash collections and PDCs to designated bank
• Endorse/forward PDC to the bank/s for warehousing and coordinates with the bank/s for check deposits and pull-outs Validate of payment for commission and incentives of the Sellers Prepare Month- end report for Cash and online Payments
• Prepare Collection report of daily deposit, checks and cash, Loan proceeds and Retention Fee.
• Prepare PDC Inventory and monthly PDC Forecast.
• Other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
