Job Description
- Ensure all technology-related areas, such as server rooms and workstations, are clean, orderly, and comply with safety standards.
- Assist with the implementation and management of strategic AI programs, working to integrate AI tools into business operations to improve efficiency.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of automated business tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and functional.
- Provide technical support to staff, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and automated tools.
- Maintain thorough documentation for IT systems and automated tools, and report on their usage and performance to support strategic decision-making.
