Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in the related field or equivalent
- 1-2 years related work experience in recruitment sourcing
- Volume hiring for both CS and TS
- At least 1 year Team Management experience
- Exposure in different sourcing platforms
- Capable to utilize functionality of MS Office (advance Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and Google (Drives,Forms & Spreadsheets).
- Familiarity with design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
- Knowledge and exposure in sourcing Leadership roles and Bilingual candidates
