Job Description
- Manage and lead the accounting team.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements specific to the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 7 years of accounting experience, 7 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in accounting software relevant to the industry.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Salary:
- 35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
