Job Description
1. Inspects and repairs defective fixtures
2. Regularly checks and maintains the the following:
a. Waste Water Treatment Plant
b. Water Treatment Plant and Water Storage tank (level)
c. Purified Water Treatment
d. Generator Sets and LVSG’s
e. Diesel and Bunker fuel storage/day tank
f. Electrical controls and valves of fuel pumps (Diesel & Bunker)
g. AHU’s, Dehumidifiers, dust collectors, Glatt machines, Thomas and Manesty Coater and etc at
Intersitial area
h. Air Compressor, Chillers and Air Dryer ar Chiller room
i. Deep Well pump
j. Boiler machines NLP and SVS
k. Cooling tower 1-4. (SVS and Cooling Tower 1-5 (NLP)
3. Prepare tools and materials needed in preventive maintenance for the next shift of technicians
4. Perform the scheduled preventive maintenance activities
5. Check and inspect the works of assigned technicians in preventive maintenance activities
6. Responsible for the switching on and off of transfer pumps
7. Handles complaints on electrical equipment
8. Coordinates with the Building Manager and Engineer for the instructions
9. All other related tasks as required
Occasional:
1. Responsible for the cleanliness of the electrical equipment, power rooms and other assigned areas
2. Responsible for the periodic inspection of fire extinguishers
3. Responsible for the retightening of switch gears and cleaning of panel
4. Responsible for the occasional carpentry, welding and other repair work
