Job Description
Handles customer service-related concerns of clients that may involve general service inquiries, billing, disputes, credit, collections, retentions and sales. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction by providing an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications:
With at least 6 months of BPO experience is a plus
Willing to work onsite, holidays and shifting schedules
At least High School or / K-12 graduate
Can start ASAP
Can be assign in Pasig City site
