MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and programs in
compliance with local and national government regulations.
 Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify
potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
 Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement
corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
 Provide guidance and support to management and employees on health and safety matters,
including training programs, safety meetings, and emergency preparedness.
 Collaborate with departments to identify and assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate
hazards and improve safety performance.
 Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety activities,
including incident reports, inspection findings, and training records.
 Stay informed about changes in health and safety regulations and industry best practices
and communicate relevant updates to management and staff.
 Participate in safety committees, meetings, and initiatives to promote a culture of safety
and continuous improvement.
 Coordinate with external agencies, such as regulatory authorities and emergency
responders, as necessary.
 Oversee clinic operations and work in partnership with our service provider.
 Coordinate, facilitate, and oversee the annual physical examination initiatives, ensuring
seamless organization, comprehensive facilitation, and meticulous monitoring throughout
the entire process.

REQUIREMENTS
Job Specific Requirements
Formal Qualifications  Bachelor
;s degree in occupational health and safety,
environmental science, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
 Professional certification in occupational health and safety (e.g.,
BOSH) preferred.
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a health and safety role,
preferably in the contact center setting.
 Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, codes, and
standards
