Real Estate Investment and Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the senior leadership team and executing the due diligence process.
Collaborating with other members of the deal teams regarding structuring and completing acquisition and investment underwriting of real estate investments in the multifamily space.
Designing, building, and updating integrated financial models in Excel (must-have)
Executing refinancing and disposition transactions.
Preparing rent and sales comparable for potential investments.
Assess and communicate risks within the work product.
Developing and providing investment recommendations and preparing investment committee considerations.
Conducting market research for investment opportunities in the pipeline, including property visits and site tour coordination.
Asset management responsibilities such as rent roll analysis and interfacing with various external partners

Key Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience
Above Average to Excellent communication and written skills
Must be extremely proficient in Excel and previous experience in underwriting multifamily assets and transactions.
Tools: Excel, Google Sheets, and Office 365

Must be:
Results-driven and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work as part of a team in an entrepreneurial environment and have ownership in your work product.
