Job Description
Position: Network Operation Center TIER 1
Industry: IT Company
Location: Olongapo City
Salary offered:Php30,000 – Php40,000 (Open Negotiable)
Work Set up: On Site

Job details
Managing and maintaining end client's networks.
oversee complex network components and are responsible for network management.
respond to all service interruptions or performance problems.
track all trouble tickets to ensure closure of the problem in a timely manner.
Consults with the appropriate Carriers and IT teams to resolve problems.
Job Qualification
•BSIT or degree any related course
•With CCNA is an advantage
•With atleast 2+ years of network support experience in routing, switching, or firewall
•With strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP stack, switches, firewalls and routers)
•Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
•Strong listening and communication skills
•Teamwork & collaboration skills
•Natural aptitude for dealing with people
•Detail oriented and capable of working on multiple alerts at once
•Willing to report on holidays, weekends and shifting schedule
