Job Description
The TELC Invigilator is responsible for preparing and executing TELC exams, whether in digital or analog format. The TELC Invigilator is responsible for completing all necessary documentation, preparing materials, and providing the required documents for the TELC Exam takers. The TELC Invigilator shall report to the TELC Coordinator and/or Project Management Team any deviations from the TELC Exam standard procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (any degree), open for graduating college students
- Advance to professional level of English language proficiency
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work in Makati
- Immediate availability is preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and administer TELC exams (digital and analog).
- Complete all required documentation.
- Report deviations to TELC coordinator or Project Management team.
- Set up exam rooms before registration.
-Ensure proper laptop configuration and supplies.
-Register candidates, verify identity, and enforce rules.
-Respond to candidate inquiries and report issues.
-Maintain order in the test venue.
-Escort candidates during breaks, enforcing regulations.
-Prepare exam rooms with necessary materials.
-Check answer sheets and collect all materials.
-Organize speaking exam rooms and materials.
-Coordinate with examiners to ensure integrity.
-Assist candidates during speaking exams.
-Clean exam rooms and complete paperwork.
