Network Engineer

Bachelor’s degree holder

Solid understanding of network operating systems (Non-negotiable)

Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching (Non-negotiable)

5+ years experience with network security and firewalls (Non-negotiable)

Proficient in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Non-negotiable)

5 years and up experience of Cisco products, pure cloud, and firewalls (Non-negotiable)

Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple vendor equipment (Non-negotiable)

CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certifications is a plus

Self-motivated individual who can work independently, and take ownership to meet multiple milestones and deadlines

Able to build and maintain honest, ethical, and fair relationships with peers, supervisors

Ability to work and adapt in a changing environment

Excellent escalation handling, coaching, planning, and organizing skills

Demonstrate project management and planning skills; balance strategic skills with tactical execution skills

Strong communication skills – verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, ability to adapt content to various audiences; communicates effectively at all organization levels (Non-negotiable)

Proven interpersonal skills: ability to build relationships, engage, and influence others, and work with a diverse internal and international customer base (Non-negotiable)
