Job Description

Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

What are we looking for?
Those with 401k experience are highly preferred
Can accept K-12 graduates and/or 2nd year college completed.
Must have a 1-year BPO experience related to banking/financial services (accounts like ADP (Preferably ADP employees within Makati Area) / Alight / Rippling / Gusto / Intuit / Aon) , insurance or HR payroll experience (Required).
