Qualifications:

- At least 1 year relevant work experience
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work on night shift
- Willing to work onsite either in Mandaluyong or Makati

Roles and Responsibilities

- Installing, configurating and maintaining relevant applications being used within the organization

- Fine-tuning of configuration of application settings for optimal performance

- Applying OS/security patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities

- Analyzing processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement

- Maintaining the security of the organization''s IT systems and data.

- Ensuring that IT processes are followed by IT staff, adhering to security standards and regulatory requirements

- Creates and maintains technical and process documentation. Propose Knowledge changes and update existing process documents

- Performing ad hoc IT-operations related assignments and projects as required
