- The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) was created through Executive Order No. 272 (E.O.272), which directs the transfer of the Community Mortgage Program (CMP), Abot Kaya Pabahay Fund (AKPF) Program, and other social housing powers and functions of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation to the SHFC. Under E.O. 272, the SHFC shall be the lead government agency to undertake social housing programs that will cater to the formal and informal sectors in the low-income bracket and shall take charge of developing and administering social housing program schemes, particularly the CMP and the AKPF Program (amortization support program and development financing program).

Job Description
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience
Training: 4 hours of training relevant to the job
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Assists in reviewing and monitoring the inventory of accountable forms;
- Assists in reviewing and monitoring timely submission of paid disbursement vouchers and prepares related reports;
- Assists in cashiering operation during peak volume period;
- Assists in the monitoring of Petty Cash fund and prepares liquidation report;
- Assists in verifying the last amortization payment for Title (TCT) release;
- Coordinates with LandBank and SHFC Regional Offices for the reconciliation and consolidation of regional and online collections; and
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time;
- Salary:
- 20.700,00 ₱ Monthly
