Job Description

Tasks to include in a Customer Service Job Description:
Interact with customers to solve issues and questions about our products, services, and policies
Maintain a positive and friendly tone with customers at all times
Establish new customer accounts and record account information, like phone numbers or addresses, on your digital platform
Listen to customer complaints and try to identify the cause of their problem to your best ability
Assist customers on placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately
Customer Service Representative Qualifications to look for:
High school diploma and general education required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
With experience in HMO settings
Strong soft skills and communication skills
Can demonstrate empathy, listening skills, and speaking skills
Basic understanding of office and computer systems/software
Can succeed in a fast-paced work environment without being distracted during a customer interaction
Willingness to become familiar with the products and services of the company
Can work efficiently and manage time accordingly
Must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to address concerns and address inquiries regarding our policies, services, and goods.
• Always be kind and upbeat when interacting with clients.
• Create new client accounts and save account data on your digital platform, such as phone numbers and addresses.
• Pay attention to client complaints and do your best to determine the root of the issue.
• Support clients with order placing, returns, and exchanges
• Guarantee client contentment and uphold expert customer assistance
• Promptly and properly respond to questions and issues from customers

Requirements:

• General education and a high school diploma are necessary; a bachelor's degree is desirable.
• Having prior HMO establishing experience
• Excellent communication and soft skills
• Is able to show empathy and listening
• Willing to assign in Makati and Pasay City
