Tax and Compliance Supervisor

· Ensure accurate and timely filing of regulatory reports to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Local Government Units (LGUs).

· Assist in responding and taking actions on letters received from regulatory agencies (i.e., BIR / LGUs)

· Coordinate/Assist in the periodic examinations / audit conducted by regulatory agencies (i.e., BIR / LGUs).

· Update the team with new BIR and LGU regulations / issuances that could impact the Company and clients’ business.

· Consult with the CPA and/or the regulatory agencies for clarification on specific provisions laws and regulations.

· Liaise with the CPA and Tax Consultant for any tax queries / consultations.

· Coordinate/Assist in drafting of the Audited Financial Statements

· Prepares schedules, summaries and reports based on findings during preparations.

· Maintain documentation and records related to tax filings, provisions and other tax-related activities.

· Keeps the CPA and Tax Consultant fully informed of progress on tasks, assignments etc.

· Perform ad hoc tasks that may be assigned to him/her.
