Job Description

Qualifications:
- HS/SHS Graduate with 6 months BPO experience
- Has email support experience a background in automotive, logistics and e-commerce is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented and displays critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Willing to work on-site and on a night schedule
