Job Description

Job Summary:

Looking for Team Leader to oversee and manage a team of customer support agents and content moderators.
Responsible for leading, motivating, and guiding the team to deliver outstanding service and uphold strict content standards.
Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of customer support agents and content moderators.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and productivity.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and complaints.
Monitor and evaluate team performance through regular feedback sessions and performance reviews.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-functional communication and efficiency.
Uphold high-quality content standards by overseeing content moderation processes.
Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts within the team.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer support or content moderation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 3 years Team Leading Experience
