Job Description

We are seeking a talented new Licensed Architect to join our team at Harlem Sales. As a Licensed Architect, you will play a key role in designing and overseeing various architectural projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
Develop architectural designs and plans that align with client requirements and budget constraints
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
Ensure that projects comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements

Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a creative and innovative mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
