Job Description
o Approves and process petty cash disbursement and liquidation of Head Office, warehouse and provinces.
o Responsible for GL accounts reconciliation.
o Responsible for Government payment thru EFPS such as:
a. Withholding Tax Compensation & Expanded
b. VAT
c. Income Tax
d. Docs. Stamps/Annual Registration & other EFPS payment.
o Prepare Summary of Reports for EFPS, Summary of RR Reports, and ITR Schedules for BIR Audit
o Prepare monthly recording of general journal entries such as Cost of sales, Lapsing, concessionaire’s deduction and other adjustments needed for the month.
o Responsible for Annual Business Permit renewal.
• Minor Duties
o Prepare and monitor lapsing schedule
o Making vouchers through APS/GJ system
• Working Conditions: Minimal physical demands and low risk environmental conditions
