Job Purpose:

To develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that increases brand awareness, engagement, and leads for the company. To become the voice of the brand on social media platforms, building a strong online community and fostering positive brand sentiment.

Job Description:

Develop and manage a data-driven social media strategy aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals.
Create and publish engaging social media content (text, images and videos) across various platforms.
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
Manage social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor brand sentiment and online reputation.
Run social media advertising campaigns and track their performance.
Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure campaigns success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales and customer service) to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing or related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
Experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various audiences.
Experience with creating high-quality visual content (photos, videos and graphics)
Familiarity with social media advertising best practices is a plus.
A passion for social media and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and platforms.
