Position: CSR l Travel and Hospitality Account | Urgent Hiring

Your Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to address their needs
Provide helpful and efficient solutions to customer inquiries
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication
Needed Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
With at least 1 year of international customer service experience (BPO setting) in a blended voice/non-voice account
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
