Interior Documenter

We currently have an opportunity for a full-time interior documenter/designer with 2 – 5 years of industry experience for our client, who runs a commercial interior design studio based in Australia.

The candidate will be responsible for:
Documentation of commercial interiors (in AutoCAD and/or Revit)
Documentation of retail stores for rollout brands – including fashion, food & beauty retailers (in Australia)
Documentation of joinery detailing (for joinery/cabinetry within the interior space)
Producing schedules for finishes, fittings and fixtures
3D modelling / 3D visuals of interior spaces (Revit/Enscape)
Sourcing finishes & ordering samples (to Australia)

Successful applicants must have:
Qualifications in Interior Design, Industrial design or equivalent is desirable (Ideally Bachelor’s Degree)
Relevant previous design and documentation experience with retail / hospitality projects / joinery detailing
Experience in both AutoCAD and Revit software is preferred; however, we can provide Revit training if required
Excellent documentation ability & attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational & time management skills
