Job Description
* Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
* Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
* Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
* Handle HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding and documentation.
* Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in BSBA major in Human Resource Development Management or any related field
* Preferably 2+ years’ experience in HR role.
* Ability to multitask.
* Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
* The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
* Must be approachable and helpful and with ethical judgement
