* With at least 3 year(s) of work experience in process engineering work involving process design and development Manufacturing set-up.
* Knowledgeable with FMEA.
* Skilled in Time and Motion Study and Line Balancing.
* Know how in preparing and presenting technical reports.
* With excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Can work with minimal supervision.
