Recruitment Officer

 College/University Graduate Preferably graduate of management, Psychology, Human Resources and Industrial Relations Administration or other related field.
 At least 6 years and above experience in HR, such as Senior Recruitment, Recruitment Officer
 With experience in a fast pace industry / job hiring
 Experience in a construction industry is an advantage but not required
 Strong Communications skills (written and verbal)
 Responsible for the team that helps attracting, screening and selecting qualified candidates for jobs. Responsible also for orienting new employees and helping them assimilate into the company
 Strong Interpersonal skills
 Effective people management skills
 Computer literate
 Good Interpersonal skills
 Must be highly trainable and exhibit the ability to do multitask
