Job Description
- Providing healthcare as required to companies directors, employees and customers the LLV company nurse is a new appointment for the firm and thus the nurse needs to help LLV to define the role, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the resort healthcare service.
- Provide primary and secondary care to directors, employees, and customers
- Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
- Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
- Manage inventory relating to healthcare
- Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.
- Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.
- Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) relating to healthcare
- Create and deliver training related to healthcare and department process
- Create/Participate in marketing relevant to healthcare in the resort
- Participate in and contribute to regular management meetings
Qualifications:
- Nursing degree or similar
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse
- 5+ years experience in nursing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
