Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering role, preferably within the LED or digital signage industry.
- Strong understanding of LFD and LED display technologies, including pixel pitch, resolution, brightness, and Dimensions.
- Familiarity with software platforms used for content management and display control (e.g., LED video processors, media players).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Efficient in planning/scheduling/coordinating.
- Must be adept in presentation, reports, and technical writing.
- Must have good customer service and dedication to clients.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Google workspace.
- Knowledge in the Content Management System is a plus.
