Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in the related field or equivalent.
- 1-2 years related work experience in recruitment sourcing.
- Volume hiring for both CS and TS.
- At least 1 year Team Management experience.
- Exposure in different sourcing platforms.
- Capable to utilize functionality of MS Office (advance Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and Google (Drives,Forms & Spreadsheets).
- Familiarity with design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
- Knowledge and exposure in sourcing Leadership roles and Bilingual candidates.
