Job Description
Resolve issues raised by users within agreed SLAs
Perform testing for change requests
Assess impact of upgrades and perform relevant regression test
Conduct root cause analysis for Problem Records when applicable
Apply system configuration for changes or implementation of new capabilities
Work with other CIT and business counterparts to address new requirements or fix integration issues
Provide recommendations to improve processes or system performance
Liase with Coupa for tickets that require Coupa’s attention
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree / 4-year course graduate
Business or computer science degree courses
At least 2 to 3 years work experience as IT Support
With basic knowledge of COUPA support experience
Coupa Certified
Willing to work onsite
