Job Description

Position Summary:

Oversees the performance and efficiency levels of all Sales Personnel and assists.

Regular Duties:

1. Monitor and prepare sales report
- Period: Daily, Weekly, Month-To-Date, Monthly, Year-To- Date, Year-On-Year
- Details 1: Product Brand, Category, Area (Sales Advisor), Team (Relationship Manager), Group (Deputy Head of Sales), Island (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao), National
- Details 2: Peso Value and Quantity
2. Monitor and prepare current programs updates and activity reports.
- Period: Monthly, Year-To-Date, Program-Period-To-Date
- Releasing incentives/Rebates.
3. Assist all sales personnel day to day implementation of sales process and coordination to other departments.
4. Monitor all sales viber rooms and make a summary report.
- Team and national sales viber rooms per division.
5. Assist in all sales events/activities.
6. Monitor all sales personnel movement from onboarding to offboarding and updating the organizational structure from time to time.
7. Assist all Sales Division Heads itinerary, travel order, liquidation and other reports as needed.
