Job Description
Resolves product or service problems by doing the following:
Clarifying the customer's complaint.
Determining the cause of the problem.
Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
Expediting correction and adjustment.
Following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Follows communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Prepares customers' correspondence.
Provides necessary information about products and service.
Assists customer with the placement of orders, refunds, exchanges and/or cancellation while attempting to persuade the customer to reconsider cancellation and/or refund.
Provides administrative support and assistance to the head of operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
College/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Management/Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or any related field
At least one-year work experience in customer service
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Service-oriented.
Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
