Job Description

Major Function
The Customer Relation Officer is responsible for order processing and handling customer’s query for both external and internal.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure to check 7 points of checking:
• Customer Name
• Customer Order Number
• Product Codes
• Pricing
• Quantity Ordered
• Delivery Date
• Special Instruction
2. Ensure to email all price discrepancy
3. Check PO Vs Trail
4. Ensure to all errors that are intercepted
5. Ensure to check transition codes
6. Ensure correct price set-up
7. Ensure to track and monitor deliveries to ensure completeness
8. Ensure on time sending of added/removed customer/branches to immediate head
9. Ensure on time submission of ATD summary if any
10. Daily FIT review and submission of near miss report
