Job Responsibilities:

● Follow standard operations and procedures.
● Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
● Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

● With or without BPO Experience
● At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) SHS graduate
● Willing to work onsite
● Open for newbies / Fresh graduate
● Average to Excellent communication skills
