Job Description
Designs and estimates the cost of mechanical systems for fit-out projects (HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing)
Design and documentation of air-conditioning and ventilation systems on medium and large-scale commercial projects, from concept design through to final delivery of projects
Attends meetings with client and local suppliers. Evaluate quotations technically and provides technical feedback.
Inspects the sites to evaluate existing conditions of Mechanical installation and/or to estimate the amount of work to execute new mechanical systems (HVAC, Fire Protection).
Inspects the sites whenever it is required to solve HVAC or piping issues, or to support site implementation team.
Able to read and apply design manuals
Able to understand Project specific design guidelines and implement in the design
Able to prepare concept sketches Sizing of air diffusion, pipework and ductwork
Prepare standard installation details and section
