Job Description
Responsible for performing sales, through suggestive selling, sharing product knowledge, and excellent customer service
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Welcomes customers graciously & immediately responds to their queries;
2. Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product & service features the store provides; Recommends products or services based on customer needs
3. Ensures cleanliness of the store and orderliness of the products.
4. Checks/monitors & coordinates with the factory daily, the status of ordered products to avoid delays
5. Checks/maintains inventory daily; Keep up-to-date with knowledge for new and existing products
6. Follows up payments from customers, keeping the account receivables at minimal level.
7. Performs other sales related functions as necessary.
