Job Description

Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. Qualifications:
- Any medical allied courses(graduate not required, experience is optional)
- 6 months healthcare experience BPO/Non-BPO for non medical related courses
- Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
