Corporate Sales Manager

Responsible for guiding and supervising sales operations to ensure profit growth and realization of sales targets. He / she must be able to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
-Meeting planned sales goals.
-Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
-Monitoring sales target and report results to business unit heads.
-Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
-Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
-Promoting the organization and products.
-Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
-Attending conferences, meetings, and events.
-Create quotes and proposals for clients.
-Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisor in deal pursuits.
-Hiring and training of staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.
-In Charge in monitoring the performance and productivity of the team.
-Motivate and guide the sales team to enable them to improve on their sales performance, and to reach the set goals.
-Coordinate with Credit and Collection in ensuring 100% collection of Account Receivable (AR) 60 days past due.
-Collaborate with other departments in improving the sales operations process.
