Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements?
HS Diploma or equivalent ; a Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration or a related field is preferred
At least 1 year of experience in payment or similar role; experience in a BPO setting is advantageous
Experience in Fraud prevention in an e-commerce environment
Experience with customer identity solution
Experience with technologies available to reduce fraud
