Job Description

1. Identify / record problems and initiate action to prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product and quality.
2. Perform dimensional/visual inspection through the use of basic hand tools and high precision measuring equipment as deemed necessary from time to time.
3. Generate Inspection report based on production data or measured quantities.
4. Approval of new model trial.
5. Assists in parts / product reverse engineering and testing, in order to find the root cause of production problem with regard to product quality and assist in parts on product failure analysis
6. Promote and Implement 5’s hobby
7. Comply with the company standard rule & regulations.
8. Performs other related work from time to time.
9. Perform all assigned tasks given by the superior/manager
