Job Description

Job Description - VISA officer

1) Organize and translate various types of visa information and check whether customer information meets visa requirements.
2) Contact the relevant embassy and immigration bureau regarding visa applications for guests/employees.
3) Guide and assist customers/employees in collecting and organizing visa materials.
4) Keep abreast of the visa status of each embassy and obtain the latest and accurate visa information.
5) Responsible for answering and guiding customers/employees’ visa issues.

Other special qualifications required:
Bachelor's Degree
Amendable to Work In Five E-Com Pasay City
Minimum length of work-related experience: 2 years of work experience (visa related)
Fluent in Chinese and English
Good character
