Job Description
Managing projects from start to finish by planning, scheduling, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time
Supervising other engineering staff and providing technical guidance to junior engineers
Preparing reports on project progress and outcomes
Developing plans for building structures
Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
Checking electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure the functionality
Oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities.
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
Manage relationships with contractors and service provide
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
