Job Description

Job Description - Legal Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice to ensure that the company's business activities are legal and compliant.
2. Responsible for drafting, reviewing and managing legal documents and contracts related to the company and customers, suppliers, partners, etc.
3. Have an in-depth understanding of laws and regulations, conduct legal research, and promptly update the legal knowledge of relevant departments of the company.
4. Participate in the formulation of company policies to ensure their compliance and feasibility with relevant laws.
5. Manage legal disputes between the company and third parties, working with a team of external lawyers to prepare legal documents and represent the company in court.
6. Provide legal training to company employees to ensure employees understand the company’s compliance policies.
7. Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure that the company’s business activities comply with relevant regulations.
8. Identify and assess legal risks and provide recommendations for risk reduction.

Qualifications
Mandarin Speaker, Can Read & Write and Speak.
Have an Experience Handling Company Such as IGL or Internet Gaming License and Knowledgeable & have an experience processing in PAGCOR
Bachelor's degree in law or above, familiar with Philippine laws and regulations is preferred.
Be from a well-known large company such as Huawei, and have extensive work experience in the field of internal corporate compliance or legal affairs.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and write clear and specific legal documents.
Have team spirit and be able to work closely with other departments to solve complex legal issues.
Have the ability to solve problems independently and be good at handling emergencies.
Have an in-depth understanding of the company's business model and industry and be able to provide legal support for business decisions.
