Job Description

Japanese Sales Ops Specialist
Salary Package: PHP105,000 - PHP118,000/month
Location: Mandaluyong, Metro Manila
Work Setup: Return to Office
Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off

Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide sales process support to client teams, leadership, other internal operations teams and interfacing functional areas. Assist Company Practitioners in navigating the company's internal sales processes. Support S&PP Leadership and Business Partners in driving efforts across service areas
Work independently with minimal supervision
Help create and execute low to medium-complexity workplans
Interact confidently with senior leadership within sphere of responsibility
Provide input into the creation of operational processes
Demonstrate knowledge of supporting tools and processes, with expertise in specific area of responsibility
Have an understanding of where and how S&PP Sales Operations fit into the bigger Company picture

Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of Sales Operation experience with 2 years Supervisory Role
Excellent Japanese & English communication skills (oral & Written)
Japanese Level: N2 to N1
