Job Description
Position: SEO Specialist / Lead Generation
Pay : 35K PHP and up based on experience
Hours: WFH will be considered. However, Candidates must be flexible. Nights and weekends are required.
Overview:
The primary goal of this role is to expand our business presence and generate lead through optimizing our search engine presence. You will manage content creation and ensure it includes frequently searched terms to lift the company within leading search engines. Evaluate any problems that prevent businesses from reaching their full potential when it comes to search engine rank.
Responsibilities:
Enhance our online presence and maximize our search engine rankings to drive traffic and engagement Create and Manage social media content to increase exposure Implement SEO and SEM strategies
Provide recommendations for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific
Assist with website optimizations for better user experience and conversion rate optimization
Manage link-building strategies to enhance domain authority
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases
Optimize website content, including metadata, headings, and on-page elements, for improved search engine visibility
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics
Implement technical SEO enhancements, such as schema markup and site speed optimization
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure best practices are implemented
Requirements:
BS degree in technology or 1+ year previous experience in SEO development
Proven experience as an SEO/SEM specialist or similar role
Expert knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and best practices
Experience with SEO and SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and proficiency in HTML/CSS
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Experience with CSS, HTML and Java
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with confidence to provide insights and feedback
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze
