Java Spring Boot Developer

We are seeking a skilled Java Spring Boot Developer for our locations in Manila and Cebu. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Java/Spring Boot, with at least 1 year of uninterrupted practice, at a proficiency level of at least P2. Additionally, they should have a minimum of 6 months of continuous experience in unit testing/JUnit, also at a proficiency level of at least P2. Familiarity with AWS Cloud Services/Microservices is considered a plus.
Good to Have:

Any AWS certification
Familiarity with BPMN Tool
Familiarity with DMMN Tool
Core Languages and Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery principles and practices.
Proficient in creating unit tests and integration tests, and integrating them with continuous integration and code coverage tools to ensure comprehensive code coverage.
Demonstrated responsibility, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Develop and engineer end-to-end features of systems, from frontend user experience to backend code.
Utilize development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services.
Implement new technologies to solve complex business problems with a cloud-first and agile mindset.
Collaborate with leads to understand tasks, provide clarification, and propose alternative solutions.
Assess and implement changes with high quality and thorough testing coverage.
Review and present new changes to team members for feedback and improvement.
Actively engage with other development and QA team members to resolve challenges.
Provide leadership, guidance, training, and mentoring to junior team members.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for new features.
Proactively contribute innovative ideas for process improvements and technical advancements.
Evaluate, select, and formulate the best solutions for technical challenges.
Provide support for the production environment and address escalated issues promptly as required.
