Job Description
Create visual designs, illustrations, and graphics that support various IT projects and initiatives, such as software applications, websites, and marketing materials.
Use a variety of tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create designs and graphics that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, user experience designers, and marketing teams, to ensure that designs meet project requirements and objectives.
Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure that designs are consistent and on-brand.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure that project timelines and deadlines are met.
Prepare design files for production and ensure that all designs meet technical specifications.
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and tools to improve design quality and efficiency.
Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to non-design stakeholders and clients.
Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences and incorporate these insights into designs.
Support the development of user interfaces and user experience design to ensure that designs are optimized for user needs and goals.
